Where can I buy your products?

The best place to buy and choose from the widest variety of Squatch products is on our website!

There, you can get everything you need—whether you're ready to change your shower game with a few briccs of all-natural soap or some scalp-stimulating hair care products, to many other Squatch products to handle your personal care needs. The Doc has got you covered!

Retail

While we offer some products in stores at a small selection of third-party retailers, we do offer a wide variety of products in various Walmarts across the country!

Can women use Kazorn Products?

Yes, definitely! Our soaps and products are unisex and can be used by both men and women! Check out our soap collection and let us know what you think!

What ingredients are in your products?

We want Kazorn Nation to be educated on the ingredients that are in our personal hygiene products. Check out our Natural Ingredients page to learn more about our pledge to crafting natural, high-performance personal care products. In addition, all ingredients are listed directly on our product pages.

Does Kazorn test products on animals?

Only the interns in our office — no animals (or squatches), though! Here at Kazorn, while we are not certified cruelty-free, we love our furry friends and would never test any of our products on them.

Are your ingredients organic?

Although we are not certified organic, we strive to source many of our essential oils from organic ingredients. If you have any questions about a specific product, feel free to shoot us an email at contact@kazorn.com or fill out our contact form here!

How do I track my order?

You can track your order using our Order Tracker below. Please allow 3-5 business days (not including weekends) for your order to process for shipment. When your order has left our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking info. Your tracking link can also be found on your account page under the “My Orders” tab.

Note:In rare occasions or during exceptionally busy times, we do experience stockouts, which can cause longer delays in order processing times. Additionally, during promotions and the holiday season, shipments may be slightly delayed due to higher-than-normal order volumes. If you need further assistance with your order status, feel free to reach us at support@drsquatch.com and we'll be happy to look into this for you.

My package is lost - what should I do?

Don’t fret just yet! Shipping carriers will sometimes mark an item as delivered but it may take a little extra time for them to get it to you.

If it's been more than 24 hours after you’ve received a notice of delivery and can’t seem to find your package, contact us at contact@kazorn.com and we’ll be happy to help.

Do you ship to military addresses?

Yes, we do ship to military addresses! On the checkout page of our store, there are options for the following in the dropdown menu for states:

  • Armed Forces Americas
  • Armed Forces Europe
  • Armed Forces Pacific
