    • Good for joints

      I've been taking these for about 4 weeks now, 2 a day with evening meal. Decided to give them a go due to the positive comments in helping joints. Since taking them I have noticed an improvement with my achy leg (fell whilst jogging) no real difference with skin, hair and nails just yet, however I'm definitely going to be ordering more and maybe up the dosage to 3 a day. I think with anything natural you have to give it time...which is what I intend to do. 😊
